TomTom's GO 930T calculates the fastest route to your destination based on real, recorded average speeds, rather than guesswork.
It's an all-new feature dubbed "IQ Routes", and it uses data gathered over the years by millions of TomTom-using drivers. So basically instead of telling you where to go based on distance and road type, it delves into its memory banks and uses historical figures to determine the quickest path for you to take.
Clever stuff, and it's not the only new tech to make it into the 930T. There's also Advanced Lane Guidance, which adds enhanced visuals of your surroundings and the road to the satnav's on-screen map: you'll now see lane direction arrows and road signs depicted.
You also get a 4.3-inch touch screen, maps of Europe, Russia, the US and Canada, traffic updates and loads more - as you'd expect from TomTom's top of the range route-finder.
