WELLINGTON, New Zealand (AP) -- A New Zealand teenager allegedly involved in an international cyber crime network has been convicted of illegal computer hacking after pleading guilty to six charges.
Owen Thor Walker, 18, was accused of being a boss, known by his online name "AKILL," of an international cyber crime network accused of infiltrating 1.3 million computers and skimming millions of dollars from victims' bank accounts. full story
