SVCHOST.EXE 100% CPU utilization is a bug that seems to affect more than a few Windows computer users, causing their computers to slow down significantly.

Steps
- Click on Start->All Programs->Windows Update.
- In the Windows Update screen, click on "Change Settings" in the grey column (look on the left-hand side of the screen).
