(WP) -- IBM introduced a mainframe computer yesterday that it said would boost performance by 50 percent and significantly lower energy costs compared with its predecessor. The System z10, with a starting price of about $1 million, comes as IBM focuses on lowering the cost of running its data-crunching workhorses. full story
